promoters for ubiquitous expression in adults

Dear colleagues,

I am looking for promoters that drive robust ubiquitous expression in adult Drosophila for transgenic expression of fluorescent proteins. We have tried various published act5C and tubulin promoters, but some only give weak/tissue specific expression in adults. Can anyone advise on suitable sources/references/sequences of promoter elements that have been verified to drive strong expression in all adult tissues?
