ssDNA antibody in Drosophila

Postby jmerkle » Thu Jul 24, 2008 3:27 pm

I'm interested in using an antibody made for ssDNA in Drosophila. Many antibodies are made from human antigen, but I do not know if these work in Drosophila. Does anyone know of any antibodies to use to detect ssDNA specifically in Drosophila? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
