Protein Family

Dear all,
I'm new to Flybase and I appreciate your help.
I need to do protein alignment (tblastn) between any given protein and all others in the same family against the Drosophila genome. Is there away that I can download the fasta file including all proteins which are in the same family as a given protein (say X)?

If I need to explain more, please let me know.
