Promoter for Genes

Hi there,
I am an experimental biologist inspecting a specific genomic region of Drosophila. FlyBase reports one gene (http://flybase.bio.indiana.edu/reports/FBgn0003886.html). However I would like to have some clue about where the promoter for that gene is.

What is the recommended way as of today of predicting a promoter for a given gene in Drosophila?
