I have a fly strain carrying a construct containing UAS-DSRed-microRNA. I would like to visualise the microRNA using FISH, but I'm not sure how this works and what factors I need to consider when using DSRed.
Is there anyone here who is familiar with DSRed and who can offer me some advice?
