caspase-3 antibody staining

Hi, everyone, do you have any advice/tricks for caspase-3 antibody staining? I have tried several protocols and they didn't work well. Essentially the background signal is too strong. Thanks very much!

Why do you need to see the caspases ? their activity may be easier to detect ...

Have you tried pre-stained kits from suppliers ?
If you need colorimetric kit for caspase 3, and the fluorescent version of the kit.
Hope this helps (i m a bit of a noob)...
