I'd be very grateful for your referral of commercial sorces providing drosophila RNAi libraries of different quantities and scales. Your personal experience with such is very welcome.
If you have any interest in UAS driven RNAi lines, the Vienna Drosophila RNAi Center (VDRC) has a fairly impressive number of genes covered - http://stockcenter.vdrc.at/control/main
Pls. check this Article http://www.bioxys.com/i_openbio/drosoph ... -dsrna.htm it contains detail notes about drosophila RNAi libraries. I hope it will help you. Goodluck! __________________ Beth W. We're not a commercial source but the Drosophila RNAi Screening Center does offer some libraries for off-site (meaning, in your lab) screening. In addition to our on-site screening with full genome- or sub-libraries. The sub-libraries include a kinase & phosphatase set. You can check us out at http://www.flyrnai.org. Also, we can build a custom sub-library from a gene list.
