If you have any interest in UAS driven RNAi lines, the Vienna Drosophila RNAi Center (VDRC) has a fairly impressive number of genes covered - http://stockcenter.vdrc.at/control/main

In terms of a library, I've heard positive reviews about Ambion's RNAi library - http://www.ambion.com/catalog/ProdGrp.h ... rodGrp=326 although I have not worked with this product directly.

We're not a commercial source but the Drosophila RNAi Screening Center does offer some libraries for off-site (meaning, in your lab) screening. In addition to our on-site screening with full genome- or sub-libraries. The sub-libraries include a kinase & phosphatase set. You can check us out at http://www.flyrnai.org. Also, we can build a custom sub-library from a gene list.
