modENCODE expression query

Hello,

I am trying to retrieve modENCODE data that is available on the FlyBase website for sets of multiple genes.
Is there a PostgreSQL command that will allow me to retrieve the equivalent of the following:
http://flybase.org/cgi-bin/serveHTdata. ... Bgn0004170

Hi Kirill,

We've got bulk files with expression levels for genes calculated from modENCODE developmental RNA-Seq and FlyAtlas anatomical array data here:
ftp://flybase.org/flybase/associated_fi ... .13.tar.gz

We're working on making the modENCODE tissue-specific RPKM calculations available at some point.
