Description
What does this section display?
This section contains items that were added to this record for each release. It currently only tracks new links between this FlyBase report and other FlyBase data classes (e.g. genes, references, stocks) or controlled vocabulary terms (e.g. GO, anatomy terms).
What does this section not display?
This section does not currently display links that were removed or gene model changes.

In combination with other aberrations
Ts(Y;2Lt)GT2+Ts(YSt;2Rt)A80/Df(2L)b84a2 and Ts(Y;2Lt)a15+Ts(YSt;2Rt)A80/Df(2L)b84a2 animals usually die as pharate adults, escapers have crippled legs. Df(2L)A400/Df(2L)b84a2, Df(2L)el14/Df(2L)b84a2 and Ts(Y;2Lt)el4+Ts(YSt;2Rt)R15/Df(2L)b84a2 animals die as pharate adults with crippled legs. Df(2L)TE35B-12/Df(2L)b84a2, Df(2L)TE35BC-8/Df(2L)b84a2 and Df(2L)TE35B-1/Df(2L)b84a2 animals have an early lethal phenotype. Df(2L)el16/Df(2L)b84a2 and Df(2L)fn2/Df(2L)b84a2 animals usually die as pharate adults, rare escapers have crippled legs and show an "elbow" phenotype. Df(2L)el28/Df(2L)b84a2 animals often do not survive to adulthood, those that do have have an "elbow" phenotype. Df(2L)TE35B-6/Df(2L)b84a2 animals often do not survive to adulthood, those that do have an "elbow" phenotype.
Does not suppress the zeste phenotype in a z1 w11E4; Tp(1;2)TE35B homologue.
NOT in combination with other aberrations
Chromosome has no effect on the physical interaction between tandemly duplicated copies of w+ and z1, despite having breakpoints within the critical region.
