In combination with other aberrations
Df(3L)337/Df(3L)GN19 flies develop normally and are fertile. idaΔ107/Df(3L)GN19 animals show an arrest in development during the prepupal period.
NOT in combination with other aberrations
Dominantly suppresses the KrIf-1/+ eye phenotype.
Heterozygosity for this deletion has no effect on the mutant ovarian phenotype of ovoD2.
Df(3L)ems13/Df(3L)GN19 heterozygotes show semilethality (though have no obvious structural abnormality in first instar larvae, when most of the lethality occurs) due to deletion of ImpL2. The lethality can be rescued by an ImpL2+ transgene.
