Description
What does this section display?
This section contains items that were added to this record for each release. It currently only tracks new links between this FlyBase report and other FlyBase data classes (e.g. genes, references, stocks) or controlled vocabulary terms (e.g. GO, anatomy terms).
What does this section not display?
This section does not currently display links that were removed or gene model changes.

Comments
One of the inversions of the In(2LR)O chromosome fuses nAcRα-30D sequence from exon 8b (cytologically located at 30D) to the 5' end of Prosap (cytologically located at 50C). An internally deleted remnant of a pogo transposable element is also present on the nAcRα-30D side of the inversion.
Breakpoint(s) molecularly mapped
50C-D breakpoint distal to mam; between coordinates +25 and +29 on the chromosome walk including mam (Yedvobnick, Smoller, Young and Mills, 1988, Genetics 118: 483-97).
