| Description |
What does this section display?
This section contains items that were added to this record for each release.
It currently only tracks new links between this FlyBase report and other
FlyBase data classes (e.g. genes, references, stocks) or controlled
vocabulary terms (e.g. GO, anatomy terms).
What does this section not display?
This section does not currently display links that were removed or gene model changes.

Breaks in X estimated from Fig 1 of FBrf0002766. Break in chromosome 2 estimated from position of y+ 1-2 cM to the right of dp. Left limit of break 1 from polytene analysis (FBrf0039441) Right limit of break 1 from inclusion of arth (FBrf0050547) Left limit of break 2 from polytene analysis (FBrf0039441) Right limit of break 2 from non-inclusion of Cyp4g1 (FBrf0047940) Limits of break 3 from polytene analysis (citation unavailable) | |||

Phenotypic Data
| |||
| In combination with other aberrations | |||
| NOT in combination with other aberrations | slight suppression of scutellar chaetae (Garcia-Bellido and Santamaria, 1978). Homozygous clones in wing survive but fail to differentiate sensilla (Schubiger and Palka, 1985, Dev. Biol. 108: 399-410). Df(1)sc19 is deficient for y, ac, sc, and scl but not l(1)1Ac, om, or RpL36; it is male lethal but survives in the heterozygous female. Dp(1;2)sc19 carries, in addition to sc19, normal alleles of y, ac, and scl; it is viable homozygous and does not affect crossing over in 2L. X-ray-induced losses of y+ from the transposed fragment are M and male and female sterile (Velissariou and Ashburner, 1980, Chromosoma 77: 13-27). | ||
