Tp(2;Y)b88b15 is a 3 break event on the second chromosome (whether visible cytologically or not): one to the left of kuz, one between rk and l(2)34Fa, one between BicC and Ca-α1D and one on the Y (4 break event). Chromosome 2 has been deleted for kuz-BicC but l(2)34Fa-BicC has been transposed onto the Y therefore in the Tp(2;Y)b88b15 stock females are deleted for kuz-BicC males are deleted for kuz-rk.
