The left extent corresponds to the right end of Set1, which Marchant & Holm (FBrf0048227) say is not deleted. The right extent corresponds to the right end of FASN3, which Marchant & Holm (FBrf0048227) say is deleted.

The 3L:25798441..27136525 release 6 coordinates of the right breakpoint of the Df(3L)10-26 component of Df(3L)10-26+Df(3R)10-26 are estimates. The left extent corresponds to the left end of CG40178, which Marchant & Holm (FBrf0048227) say is deleted. The right extent corresponds to the right end of vtd, which Marchant & Holm (FBrf0048227) say is not deleted.

Comments on Cytology

h48 is partially deleted in Df(3L)10-26+Df(3R)10-26. h53 is present. A small block of dull fluorescent material is present in mitotic chromosomes in between these two regions. Beyond h53, a dull fluorescent region of unknown origin is seen, which is followed by a block which possibly corresponds to h54-h56. h57 and h58 are absent.
