The Minute phenotype of Df(1)ED7364/+ flies can be rescued using Dp(1;1)FDDP-0024486.
NOT in combination with other aberrations
Heterozygous Df(1)ED7364 mutant females exhibit a dilated cardiomyopathy phenotype, including an increased end-systolic dimension (EDD) and a decreased fractional shortening (FS) compared to controls. Bristles appear short and thin compared to wild type (Minute phenotype).
Df(1)ED7364/+ flies show a Minute phenotype.
