[61B2-61B2];[61B2-61B2];
A set of ~800 largely isogenic deficiency stocks created by FLP-induced recombination between FRT-carrying transgenic insertions; molecularly defined deletion endpoints correspond to initial location of the progenitor insertions. Designed to fill gaps in deletion coverage and breakpoint placement; also used to replace older available deficiencies that have not been molecularly mapped.
61B2;61B2
Breakpoint from FlyBase's release 5 sequence location of progenitor insertion.
Lethal in combination with Df(3L)Exel6084 and Df(3L)ED201, but viable in combination with Df(3L)Exel6083 and Df(3L)ED4079. Inferred to overlap with: Df(3L)Exel6084. Inferred to overlap with: Df(3L)ED201.
Presence of P+PBac{XP5.RB3}BSC121 was verified using the PCR methods and primers described in FBrf0175003 with the substitution of the primer 5'-CCAATGCGTTTATTTCAGGTCACG-3' for the RB3' plus or RB3' minus primer in the Hybrid PCR protocol in the Supplementary Methods.
The cytological breakpoints of Df(3L)BSC121 predicted from the Release 3 genomic coordinates of P{XP}CG13875d10431 and PBac{RB}Gyke00237 are 61B2;61B2.
