The 3R:22961926..23021279 release 6 coordinates of the left breakpoint are estimates. The left extent corresponds to the estimated position of left end of polytene band 94D5, because the reported cytology indicates 94D4 is not deleted. The right extent corresponds to the estimated position of the left end of polytene band 94D10, which the reported cytology indicates is deleted.

The 3R:24753510..24753849 release 6 coordinates of the right breakpoint are estimates. The left extent corresponds to the right end of tld and the right extent corresponds to the left end of asp. FBrf0079093 mapped the breakpoint to this intergenic region.
