[45C4-45C4];[45F4-45F4];
A set of ~800 largely isogenic deficiency stocks created by FLP-induced recombination between FRT-carrying transgenic insertions; molecularly defined deletion endpoints correspond to initial location of the progenitor insertions. Designed to fill gaps in deletion coverage and breakpoint placement; also used to replace older available deficiencies that have not been molecularly mapped.
45C4;45F4
Breakpoint from FlyBase's release 5 sequence location of progenitor insertion.
Lethal in combination with Df(2R)BSC408.
Fails to complement Df(2R)ED1791 and Df(2R)BSC29.
Inferred to overlap with: Df(2R)BSC29.
Inferred to overlap with: Df(2R)ED1791.
Presence of P+PBac{XP5.WH5}BSC280 was verified using the PCR methods and primers described in FBrf0175003.
The cytological breakpoints of Df(2R)BSC280 predicted from the Release 5 genomic coordinates of the transposable element insertions sites are 45C4;45F4.
