[37B1-37B1];[37B7-37B7];
A set of ~800 largely isogenic deficiency stocks created by FLP-induced recombination between FRT-carrying transgenic insertions; molecularly defined deletion endpoints correspond to initial location of the progenitor insertions. Designed to fill gaps in deletion coverage and breakpoint placement; also used to replace older available deficiencies that have not been molecularly mapped.
37B1;37B7
Breakpoint from FlyBase's release 5 sequence location of progenitor insertion.
Lethal in combination with Df(2L)ED1202.
Inferred to overlap with: Df(2L)ED1203.
Its presence was verified using the PCR methods and primers described in FBrf0175003.
The cytological breakpoints of Df(2L)BSC332 predicted from the Release 5 genomic coordinates of the progenitor P{XP}CG10600d07626 and PBac{WH}Nakf04720 insertion sites are 37B1;37B7.
