[85E1-85E1];[85E1-85E1];
A set of ~800 largely isogenic deficiency stocks created by FLP-induced recombination between FRT-carrying transgenic insertions; molecularly defined deletion endpoints correspond to initial location of the progenitor insertions. Designed to fill gaps in deletion coverage and breakpoint placement; also used to replace older available deficiencies that have not been molecularly mapped.

Breakpoint from FlyBase's release 5 sequence location of progenitor insertion.

The presence of P+PBac{XP5.RB3}BSC528 was verified using the PCR methods and primers described in FBrf0175003, with the substitution of the primer 5'-CCAATGCGTTTATTTCAGGTCACG-3' for the RB3' plus or RB3' minus primer in the Hybrid PCR protocol in the Supplementary Methods.
The cytological breakpoints of Df(3R)BSC528 predicted from the Release 5 genomic coordinates of the progenitor PBac{RB}CG8312e01204 and P{XP}SpdSd10023 insertion sites are 85E1;85E1.
