What does this section display?
This section contains items that were added to this record for each release.
It currently only tracks new links between this FlyBase report and other
FlyBase data classes (e.g. genes, references, stocks) or controlled
vocabulary terms (e.g. GO, anatomy terms).
What does this section not display?
This section does not currently display links that were removed or gene model changes.

Phenotypic Data
| |||
| In combination with other aberrations | 39% of embryos homozygous for the Df(3L)Brd-C1 and Df(3R)E(spl)δ-6 deletions and carrying one copy of Dp(3;2)E(spl)δ-8 fail to hatch and only 2% reach pupal stages. DCX-EMAP[tCa] does not rescue the lethality of Df(3L)Brd-C1. Animals homozygous for the Df(3L)Brd-C1 and Df(3R)E(spl)δ-6 deletions and carrying one copy of Dp(3;2)E(spl)δ-8Δα46 are 100% embryonic lethal. The lethality of Df(3L)Brd-C1 is partially rescued by Dp(3;2)Brd-C; 20% of embryos develop into adult flies that are fertile. | ||
| NOT in combination with other aberrations | 60% of mutant animals die as embryos, and only 6% reach adulthood.
Homozygous clones in the notum do not perturb bristle development. | ||
