Excision of P{EPgy2}EY06424 resulting in a ~500bp deletion that includes the Lpt and CG5339 promoter regions and 61bp of the Lpt open reading frame. No Lpt is detectable, though a small amount of CG5339 is detectable in homozygotes.
If no genes are listed here, it may be because the affected region is very large.
The JBrowse insert above may show an error for the same reason,
and other FlyBase tools such as CytoSearch may also fail for large regions.
