Consists of two deletions, one 7,690 bp long in in the 'Dro5A' locus and one 153 bp long in the 'Dro5B' locus. It completely deletes CG31300, CG31104 and CG13658. It also deletes 1,245 bp (415 aa) of the CDS of CG11893 and the first 85 bp (28 aa) of CG13659, including the transcription and translation start sites of both these genes.
