Detailed Description
| |||
Statement Reference Third instar larvae have a large naked cuticle region posterior to the 8th denticle band and a rather complete 9th denticle band. Embryos lack posterior spiracles. Homozygous males and homozygous females have eight abdominal segments. Suppresses penetrance of head defect phenotype when in trans with Abd-Biab9-tuh-3. Heterozygotes with Abd-Biab9-tuh-3 exhibit genital defects with relatively high penetrance. Abd-Biab9-tuh-3. Heterozygotes with Abd-Biab9-tuh-3 exhibit genital defects with relatively high penetrance. A5-A8 (including female genitalia) transformed to A4 in mosaics. Embryos have extra denticles in A9, and parasegments 10-13 are transformed to parasegment 9. | |||
