Description
What does this section display?
This section contains items that were added to this record for each release. It currently only tracks new links between this FlyBase report and other FlyBase data classes (e.g. genes, references, stocks) or controlled vocabulary terms (e.g. GO, anatomy terms).
What does this section not display?
This section does not currently display links that were removed or gene model changes.

Homozygous intestinal stem cell clones fail to grow and are composed of single or pairs of differentiated enterocyte cells.
da3 clones in the wing result in the loss of both anterior and posterior wing margin bristles.

hide Genetic Interactions
Statement
Reference
da[3]/emc[AP6] double mutant eye disc clones survive in a non-minute background but lack neuronal differentiation. Neither ectopic neuronal differentiation ahead of the furrow nor ectopic morphogenetic furrow initiation from the eye margins is observed.
Thoracic clones that express sensScer\UAS.cNa, under the control of Scer\GAL4tub, in a da3 background results in clones that lack microchaetae. No neurons are observed in these clones.
da3 dominantly enhances the loss of eye bristles seen in flies carrying wgts.sev at 17.6oC.
