Detailed Description
	Statement Reference vn^C221/vn^ddd-13 transheterozygotes are semi-viable at 25^oC, escapers survive for 3 days and are of normal appearance except for held-out wings and the absence of anterior cross vein. (Price et al., 1997) Temperature-sensitive allele. (Schnepp et al., 1996) Individuals transheterozygous with a strong EMS vn mutation at 20^oC exhibit held out wings, at 27^oC individuals are prepupal lethal with notumless wing discs. (Simcox et al., 1996) Heteroallelic combinations cause smaller wings, in addition to gaps in wing veins. (Garcia-Bellido et al., 1994) temperature-sensitive allele
