Detailed Description
	Statement Reference dx^S1M/Y adults have mild distal notching of the wing and mild distal thickening (deltas) in the wing veins. (Mukherjee et al., 2005) Thickened wing veins and wing margin loss. (Fostier et al., 1998) Viable. Extra wing vein material at distal ends, nicked margins an tips. Ocelli are fused or closed, hairs and bristles are abnoral or missing. Weak rough eye phenotype: irregular ommatidia, bristles are duplicated or missing. No visual abnormality. Hemizygote males with N^Ax-E2 are sterile. (Xu and Artavanis-Tsakonas, 1990)
