Statement Reference Lethal phase is during the embryonic to first larval instar stages at 29oC. Shows a dominant temperature-sensitive lethal phenotype. The temperature sensitive period for lethality at 29oC is throughout the embryonic and larval stages until midway through the pupal stage. Shows dominant lethality in triploid females at 29oC. | |||
