Amino acid replacement: D334N. Amino acid 334 is located at the C-terminal end of kinase domain XI and is conserved in the different members of the MAP kinase family.

Expressing Dsor1GD9123 under the control of Scer\GAL4en.PU in a rlSem/+ background results in notched wings with a mix of ectopic and lost vein tissue. Wings did not show creases, or the "droopy" phenotype.
