Detailed Description
| |||
Statement Reference Selected for loss of α-amanitin resistance. Exhibits the Ubx effect: heterozygotes partially transform the capitellum of the haltere into the wing blade. Haplospecific lethal. Survives, at least with a low frequency, as a homozygote, but is lethal in hemizygotes. Mutant flies show resistance to α-amanitin. Temperature-sensitive mutation.

Genetic Interactions
| |||
Statement Reference The recessive lethality of RpII21512 is not rescued by one copy of RpII140S1, RpII140S2, RpII140S5, RpII140S6 or RpII140S8. The recessive lethality of RpII21512 is rescued to between 1 and 49% viability by one copy of RpII140S7, RpII140S11 or RpII140S12. The recessive lethality of RpII215K1 is suppressed by RpII140M.
