Additional Comments
Genetic Interactions
Statement
Reference

55+/-8% of KrIf-1/+ flies born to vtd3/+ mothers have outgrowths with ectopic vibrissae protruding from the ventral region of the eye, compared to less than 0.1% of KrIf-1/+ flies born to isogenised wild-type mothers.

Escapers of the lethality with l(3)80Fj2-30 alleles show rough and notched eyes, small thin bristles and male escapers show reduced sex combs and unpigmented patches in the fifth abdominal segment.

The lethality caused by sevS11.T:Hsap\MYC in combination with Ras85DV12.sev is not suppressed by vtd3.

Suppresses the extra sex comb phenotype of Pc4, Ts(YLt;2Lt)L124. Causes between 50% and 100% suppression of the Pc4/+ extra sex combs phenotype.
