mys[1]/wb[09437] mutant third instar larvae show a mild but statistically significant increase in the proportion of dorsal midline ddaC dendritic length that is enclosed within the epidermis rather than attached to the ECM. The amount of enclosed dendrite seen in each heterozygote is similar to wild type. mew[M6]/wb[09437] mutant third instar larvae show a mild but statistically significant increase in the proportion of dorsal midline ddaC dendritic length that is enclosed within the epidermis rather than attached to the ECM. The amount of enclosed dendrite seen in each heterozygote is similar to wild type.
wb09437 has no effect on the S05671/+ ommatidial polarity phenotype.
S48-5/wb4418 mutants show 7.17%+-0.60 misrotated ommatidia compared to 9.55%+-1.43 seen in S48-5 mutants alone.
