Expression of Ras64BVal14.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Ras64B.PW results in small dead pupae at 25 or 18oC whereas at 16oC, adult flies that are smaller than normal are produced.

Expression of Ras64BVal14.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF results in extreme overgrowth of the eye, lack of ommatidial organisation and the formation of huge ommatidia.

When Ras85DN17.Scer\UAS is driven by Scer\GAL4ftz.ng, no midline crossovers are seen in the pCC/MP2 pathway axons.
