Complementation & Rescue Data
| |||
| Partially rescues | asep4.9ase partially rescues Df(1)ase-1 | ||
| Comments | Though most of the eye and wing phenotypes of Df(1)ase-1 are rescued, neither the loss of abdominal bristles nor that of the scutellar bristles is alleviated. In the presence of the endogenous ase gene, occasional extra bristles appear in the wing blade and dorsocentral and scutellar regions of the notum. | ||
