Description
What does this section display?
This section contains items that were added to this record for each release. It currently only tracks new links between this FlyBase report and other FlyBase data classes (e.g. genes, references, stocks) or controlled vocabulary terms (e.g. GO, anatomy terms).
What does this section not display?
This section does not currently display links that were removed or gene model changes.

hide Detailed Description
Statement
Reference
Expression of Scr[Scer\UAS.cAa] under the control of Scer\GAL4[tub.PU] results in ectopic salivary glands developing and invaginating in parasegments 0 and 1 (as well as the normal glands that develop in parasegment 2).
Expression of ScrScer\UAS.cAa, under the control of Scer\GAL4rn-GAL4-5, results in formation of ectopic transverse bristle rows and sex combs on the distal basitarsus of T2 and T3 legs, and a reduction and fusion of the more distal tarsal segments in all three legs.

Statement
Reference
Co-expression of hthScer\UAS.cPa partially suppresses the antenna to leg transformation phenotypes produced by ectopic expression of ScrScer\UAS.cAa driven by Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1. The antennae produced are aristaless and occasionally duplicated, similar to the hthScer\UAS.cPa phenotype.
