Description
What does this section display?
This section contains items that were added to this record for each release. It currently only tracks new links between this FlyBase report and other FlyBase data classes (e.g. genes, references, stocks) or controlled vocabulary terms (e.g. GO, anatomy terms).
What does this section not display?
This section does not currently display links that were removed or gene model changes.

Homozygous clones in the eye disc lead to normal R8 cell spacing.
Mutant embryos show a clear fusion of commissures and frequent disruption of longitudinal connectives. Midline glial cells are either reduce in number or fail to properly migrate in between anterior and posterior commissures. General embryonic morphology is relatively normal, though the PNS shows a slight reduction in sensory neurons and defects in the trajectories of motoneurons.
Homozygous embryos show a loss of 3 chordotonal organs per abdominal hemisegment (VChA and two in LCh5).
spiunspecified mutant embryos have narrow denticle bands and the ventral arms of the head skeleton are fused. Anal pads, Keilin's organs, maxillary sense organs and antennal sense organs are reduced. The transverse commissure of the ventral nervous system are reduced. Semilethal in the germline.
