What does this section display?
This section contains items that were added to this record for each release. It currently only tracks new links between this FlyBase report and other FlyBase data classes (e.g. genes, references, stocks) or controlled vocabulary terms (e.g. GO, anatomy terms).
What does this section not display?
This section does not currently display links that were removed or gene model changes.

Expression of Hsc70-3K97S.Scer\UAS in the eye discs under the regulation of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF causes a slight deformation and roughening of the eye.
Animals expressing Hsc70-3K97S.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4337Y die as first or second instar larvae. Animals expressing Hsc70-3K97S.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4how-24B generally die as pupae or larvae (depending on the P{UAS-Hsc70-3.K97S} line used).
Dominant lethal allele.

Expression of Hsc70-3[K97S.Scer\UAS] under the control of Scer\GAL4[arm.PS] in pcx[3] embryos which lack maternal and zygotic pcx function partially rescues the neurogenic phenotype: 29% of embryos are fully rescued, 38% are partially rescued and 33% are not rescued. The endoplasmic reticulum defects are also rescued in 67% of cases.
Coexpression of Hsc70-3K97S.Scer\UAS and Rme-8fl.Scer\UAS.T:Disc\RFP-mRFP, both under the regulation of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF has little or no effect on the Hsc70-3K97S.Scer\UAS phenotype.
