Expression of DlD.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4ato.3.6 results in clustering of dorsal cluster neuron axons. There is a significant increase in the number of axons targeting the medulla compared to wild type.

Expression of DlD.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4sca-109-68 results in extra scutellar bristles.

Expression of DlD.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4tin.CΔ4 post-development (by co-expression of Scer\GAL80ts.αTub84B, inactivated post-embryonically by shifting the flies to 26[o]C) results in deterioration of cardiac function, and this can be corrected by a second temperature shift back to 18[o]C. Animals show dilated cardiomyopathy, with enlarged end-diastolic and end-systolic dimensions, and impaired fractional shortening.

Expression of DlD.Scer\UAS using Scer\GAL434B causes the development of thickened wing veins.

Expression of DlD.Scer\UAS using Scer\GAL4bbg-C96 results in notches in the wing margin.

Border cell migration is severely impaired following expression of DlD.Scer\UAS in the border cells using Scer\GAL4slbo.2.6.

Expression of DlD.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4bi-omb-Gal4 results in a reduction of the eye disc on both the dorsal and ventral margins.

Embryos expressing DlD.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4byn-Gal4 completely lack hindgut boundary cell rows and rings.

Boundary cells of the hindgut do not form in embryos expressing DlD.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4byn-Gal4.

When expression is driven by Scer\GAL4sca-C253 many macrochaetae develop from proneural clusters.

Expression of DlD.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PB can result in homeotic transformation of the eye to antenna.

Expression of DlD.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 inhibits furrow reincarnation but not birth in the eye disc.

Neuronal patterning in the ommatidial preclusters is maintained in flies expressing DlD.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4lz-gal4.

When expression is driven by Scer\GAL4bs-1348 all wing veins are thickened.

The additional co-expression of DlD.Scer\UAS suppresses the increased number of type II neuroblasts resulting from the Scer\GAL4insc-Mz1407-driven co-expression of lilliScer\UAS.SR.T:Zzzz\FLAG and Su(Tpl)Scer\UAS.SR.T:Hsap\MYC in third instar larval brains, to the point of near absence of type II neuroblasts as compared to controls.

The scutellar bristle phenotype resulting from the expression of DlD.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4sca-109-68 is enhanced by co-expression of uifasterisk.Scer\UAS.

Expression of DlD.Scer\UAS enhances the rough eye phenotype seen when Dcp-1Scer\UAS.cKa (insertion line P{UAS-Dcp-1.K}19-2) is expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF.

kstd11183/+ results in enhancement, whereas Amund03329/+ results in suppression of the Scer\GAL434B, DlD.Scer\UAS wing vein-thickening phenotype.

Hr38d10593/+ or Amund03329/+ results in enhancement, whereas Cspd07162/+ or Vha68-2d04859/+ results in suppression of the Scer\GAL4bbg-C96, DlD.Scer\UAS wing notching phenotype.

Co-expression of tshScer\UAS.cGa further enhances the suppression of eye development at the dorsal and ventral margins of the eye disc which is seen in animals expressing DlD.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4bi-omb-Gal4. Clones in the dorsal part of the eye disc which are co-expressing tshScer\UAS.cGa and DlD.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PI cause autonomous overgrowth in the posterior margin of the dorsal eye, but photoreceptor differentiation is suppressed within the clone. The overall size of the eye disc is also reduced.

The neurogenic phenotype caused by expression of DlD.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4sca-537.4 is potentiated by co-expression of edΔECD.Scer\UAS, resulting in large tufts of macrochaetae and an increased density of microchaetae in the notum.

Microchaetae and macrochaetae of the notum caused by expression of DlD.Scer\UAS driven by Scer\GAL4sca-C253 are eliminated by co-expression of argosScer\UAS.cHa.
