Statement Reference Animals expressing cas[Scer\UAS.cKa] under the control of Scer\GAL4[elav-C155] have an increase in the number of SELK neurons compared to control animals. Embryos expressing casScer\UAS.cKa under the control of Scer\GAL4en-e16E lack U4 and U5 neurons, although U1-U3 neuron fates are normal.
Embryos expressing casScer\UAS.cKa under the control of Scer\GAL4pros.PMG lack U4 and U5 neurons. | |||
