MRG15j6A3 Pc11 double heterozygous males have ectopic sex combs on the second and third legs (85% and 54% of flies respectively). Psc1/+ ; MRG15j6A3/+ double heterozygous males have ectopic sex combs on the second and third legs (38% and 11% of flies respectively). MRG15j6A3 does not show an ectopic sex comb phenotype in either the second or third legs in double heterozygous combination with esc1.
