Bouton number per muscle area is significantly increased at the larval neuromuscular junction in AblEP3101/Abl4 mutants compared to controls.

The antennal lobes of AblEP3101; Scer\GAL4SG18.1 flies glomerular patterning is significantly disrupted, and while the antennal commissure is present, its axons are loosely fasciculated.

Mutant larvae expressing AblEP3101 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 have ISN neuron pathfinding defects. An ISNb fusion bypass phenotype is seen.

AblEP3101 when driven by Scer\GAL4elav-C155 causes pathfinding errors of an entire nerve branch a ISNb fusion bypass phenotype is seen in which ISNb fails to defasciculate from the ISN and muscle 13 is innervated by an abnormal side branch.

When AblEP3101 is expressed under the control if Scer\GAL4elav.PLu or Scer\GAL4sca-537.4, the bundles of longitudinal connectives of the medial pathway ectopically crosses the midline, in a dose dependant manner.
