Genetic Interactions
Statement Reference When rho^Scer\UAS.cGa and S^Scer\UAS.cBa are driven by Scer\GAL4^hs.PB and heatshocked, extra bracts are seen to associate with a few of the mechanosensory bristles, but not chemosensory bristles. (del Alamo et al., 2002) Co-expression of S^Scer\UAS.cBa and grk^Scer\UAS.cGa in the follicle cells under the control of Scer\GAL4^CY2 results in strong dorsalisation of the eggshell. (Ghiglione et al., 2002) Embryos expressing Egfr^{DN.Scer\UAS.cBa} under the control of both Scer\GAL4^twi.PG and Scer\GAL4^how-24B show a partial reduction in the development of muscles DA1 and VA2. This phenotype is suppressed by co-expression of S^Scer\UAS.cBa. (Buff et al., 1998)
