In NetB^GS1029 ; Scer\GAL4^how-24B embryos, motor neuron axons from ISNb are frequently target the wrong muscles (penetrance 80%).

(Kurusu et al., 2008)

Third instar larvae expressing NetB^GS1029 under the control of Scer\GAL4^how-24B show defects in motor nerve projection without apparent abnormalities in muscles.

Flies expressing P{GS}NetB^GS1029 under the control of Scer\GAL4^29BD have notched wings.
