hide Genetic Interactions
Statement
Reference
PTP-ERXE-3022/PTP-ERXE-2776 do not show synthetic lethality when placed in an alphS-331 homozygous background, however, a significant increase of extra R7 cells is observed compared to the respective single homozygotes.
Enhancer of the Ras85DV12.sev rough eye phenotype. Heterozygous PTP-ERXE-2776 suppresses the rough eyes and loss of photoreceptor cells seen in either hemizygous Dsor1XS520, hemizygous phl12 or homozygous ksrS-548.
hide Xenogenetic Interactions
Statement
Reference
The neuronal degeneration phenotype and decreased survival of animals expressing Hsap\HD[Q93.ex1p.Scer\UAS] under the control of Scer\GAL4[elav-C155] is partially suppressed in a PTP-ER[XE-2776]/+ background.
