Description
What does this section display?
This section contains items that were added to this record for each release. It currently only tracks new links between this FlyBase report and other FlyBase data classes (e.g. genes, references, stocks) or controlled vocabulary terms (e.g. GO, anatomy terms).
What does this section not display?
This section does not currently display links that were removed or gene model changes.

Expression of HScer\UAS.cGb driven by Scer\GAL4da.G32 or Scer\GAL4how-24B leads to a slight increase in number of muscle founder cells. This correlates with an increase in the number of differentiated muscle fibres. HScer\UAS.cGb driven by Scer\GAL4da.G32 also leads to a weakly hyperplasic nervous system.

Co-expression of HScer\UAS.cGb and Nint.SH.Scer\UAS driven by Scer\GAL4da.G32 or Scer\GAL4how-24B produces embryos with fewer muscle founder cells than wild-type, but more than seen in embryos with Nint.SH.Scer\UAS alone (driven by Scer\GAL4da.G32 or Scer\GAL4how-24B) alone. Also well differentiated muscles are found, in contrast to Nint.SH.Scer\UAS alone. Co-expression of HScer\UAS.cGb and Nint.SH.Scer\UAS driven by Scer\GAL4da.G32 CNS and some PNS structures are seen to differentiate in contrast to Nint.SH.Scer\UAS alone (driven by Scer\GAL4da.G32).
