Description
What does this section display?
This section contains items that were added to this record for each release. It currently only tracks new links between this FlyBase report and other FlyBase data classes (e.g. genes, references, stocks) or controlled vocabulary terms (e.g. GO, anatomy terms).
What does this section not display?
This section does not currently display links that were removed or gene model changes.

Statement
Reference
The bicaudal phenotype of embryos derived from mira[αTub67C.T:Avic\GFP-m6]/+ females is suppressed if the females are also heterozygous for spir[2F].
Stage 7 oocytes from capu1, spir2F mothers undergo premature ooplasmic streaming.

Comments
The loss of the actin mesh in the cytoplasm of stage 9 spir[1]/spir[2F] oocytes is rescued by expression of spir[RD.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP] under the control of Scer\GAL4[nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16]. Ectopic actin mesh-like structures are also induced in the nurse cells in these animals.
