Description
What does this section display?
This section contains items that were added to this record for each release. It currently only tracks new links between this FlyBase report and other FlyBase data classes (e.g. genes, references, stocks) or controlled vocabulary terms (e.g. GO, anatomy terms).
What does this section not display?
This section does not currently display links that were removed or gene model changes.

hide Detailed Description
Statement
Reference
Some of the P{glrs-klar.Myc} lines exhibit an eye phenotype when present in two copies A rough eye phenotype is seen. In the retina, facets are disorganised and far too few photoreceptors are seen.

hide Complementation & Rescue Data
Partially rescues
Comments
One copy of klarglrs.T:Hsap\MYC almost completely rescues the homozygous klarmarb-CD4 eye phenotype. The ommatidia are nearly wildtype and the R-cell nuclei are apical. R-cell apical nuclear migration and cone cell migration are wild-type.
