Description

The eve RP2+a/pCC element from +7.9kb to +9.2kb relative to the transcription start site is fused upstream of the eve 5' region from -275bp to +11bp followed by the GAL4 driver coding region. eve 3' region sequences from +1306bp to +1917bp are present downstream of the coding sequence.

Contains regulatory sequences spanning +7.9 to +9.2kb of the eve locus as well as its 3' untranslated region, regulating expression of a GAL4 driver.
