Chi45F mutant clones expressing Scer\GAL4αTub84B.PL>ChiΔLID.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC still differentiate ectopic photoreceptors in the ventral anterior eye disc.
Expression of ChiΔLID.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4Ccap.PP gives rise to flies that do not open their wings after eclosion. This phenotype is fully penetrant at 29[o]C.
ChiΔLID.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC; Scer\GAL4Dll-md23 animals lack claws and have fused fifth and fourth tarsal segments.
Flies expressing ChiΔLID.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4ap-md544 show wing defects similar to those caused by expression of ChiFL.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4ap-md544.
