Statement Reference This transgene complements the recessive lethal snRNP70K⁰²¹⁰⁷. The addition of snRNP70K::Hsap\SFRS1^T:Zzzz\FLAG to Sxl^Mf1/Y males has no effect on the foreleg feminisation phenotype seen in those flies. The addition of snRNP70K::Hsap\SFRS1^T:Zzzz\FLAG essentially has no deleterious effects on Sxl^M12/Y males. (Cline et al., 1999)
